Big progress at Old Town Hall and it’s visible from the street.

The masonry work for the new elevator tower is now complete, with just a few sections of staging left to come down. After some cleanup and final preparations next week, steel erection will move fully underway. The first sections of the structural steel are already being raised to frame the elevator enclosure, and decking will follow soon.

What was once scaffolding and drawings is now steel, and real momentum. It is energizing to see this transformation happening in real time. Stay tuned as this next chapter continues to rise.
