CitySpace is centrally located in Western Massachusetts in Old Town Hall at 43 Main Street, Easthampton, MA 01027 in the Main Street Historic District.
Parking
Ample free street parking is available on Main Street and Campus Lane.

Accessibility
The first floor of Old Town Hall has an accessible ramp and entryway left-facing the building. The inclined ramp is located to the left of the bus stop. Accessible restrooms can be found on the first floor of the building. The Blue Room is on the first floor of Old Town Hall.
Health
In accordance with guidelines and regulations of the City of Easthampton, masks are welcomed but optional in Old Town Hall. In general, if you’re feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu like symptoms, please stay home and visit us another day when you’re feeling better. Please note that some events may have their own mask and vaccine requirements. Respect to those guidelines is appreciated.
Tickets
Ticket policies are in accordance with the ticket provider. As a rental facility, CitySpace cannot guarantee or provide information about tickets for all events. Please contact the individual event producer for ticket information.CitySpace produced events: There are no refunds unless we cancel an event. In the case of a postponed or rescheduled event, we are not required to offer refunds if the event is rescheduled within 12 months of the original date. No cash refunds.
Card To Culture
We are proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council's Card to Culture program, in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, by broadening accessibility to cultural programming.Limited Card to Culture tickets are available per performance. Massachusetts EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders automatically qualify for free tickets to any CitySpace productions, subject to availability, by contacting CitySpace. Lessees of the Blue Room and other locations in Old Town Hall will have the option to participate in these initiatives or not participate when they rent CitySpace. Card holders must show their card upon arrival. For further information about specific events, contact CitySpace!
Conduct
CitySpace is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment across all of its various manifestations including its performances, events, online forums, and official communications. Harassment, hate, and violence are not tolerated.
Notice of Filming and Photography
CitySpace has video cameras at Old Town Hall and documentarians during events. By entering Old Town Hall, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
